Raider Friday Trivia Answer (On Saturday)

So the answer to the belated Raider Friday Trivia is… Millbury. That’s right the Wellesley Girls basketball captured their first ever state title back in March of 2008 at the DCU Center in Worcester with a 65-44 win over the central mass champ Millbury Woolies. It was a terrific day for Raider basketball fans everywhere and interesting side note the Woolies would go on to reach the state finals each of then next two years only to lose both times. Let the Buffalo Bill references begin.
