It’s the last day of April, and also the start of a new week, and all these factors mean that it is the perfect time for another edition of Monday Poll. Last week’s poll saw a 3-2 vote against the designated hitter rule. This week’s poll question is… which current playoffs have been more exciting to watch overall, NBA or NHL?

There were 2 big contests on the docket on this last Saturday of April as baseball traveled to Natick to makeup their rained out game from yesterday, while girls lacrosse traveled to Cohasset for a big non-league tilt. We will find out how both fared in a moment but first its time to answer yesterday’s trivia question. The team that signed Greg Comella was… the New York Giants, who he went on to a Super Bowl appearance with. Now onto the recap!

Despite the wet weather today that wiped out most of the day’s schedule, there was one team that was able to get in their scheduled contest as boys volleyball took on Brookline looking for their first conference win of the season. Could the boys get it done, lets find out!

Well for the first time this spring season, every single varsity event scheduled for the day was postponed due to the at times heavy rain that fell in the area today. We’ll try again tomorrow!

It was another beautiful spring day as both lacrosse teams took to the field today taking on Milton. The girls were looking to remain unbeaten overall while the boys were looking to remain unbeaten in conference play. Could they both tame the Wildcats, lets find out!
