Monday Poll

Thanksgiving break is over and it’s time to head back to work and school, but not before another installment of Monday Poll, the last of December! Last week’s question saw not surprisingly Wellesley take the edge (8-3) in who people though would win the Thanksgiving game, which unfortunately did not bare itself out on the field. This week’s question is… Which Boston team is playing better at this point, Celtics, Bruins, or Patriots? Comment with your answers!

Winter Sports Schedules/Previews

Now that we have officially moved on from fall sports this week we will begin the process of looking ahead to the winter sports season. Beginning tomorrow I will unveil the schedules for the 2018-19 winter sports teams, and then the following week will have previews of all the winter sports teams so keep a look out!

Football Review

Here we are with the last fall season review for the 2018 season. Today we take a look back at football who just wrapped up their season yesterday. The team finished off the regular season 5-2, earning the number 4 seed in the D2 South bracket. Unfortunately their playoff run came to a quick end, falling to Barnstable 35-0 in the quarterfinals. The team then lost both consolation round games to Newton North and Braintree, before falling on Thanksgiving against Needham, to finish the overall season at 5-6. With a good amount of young players at key positions the team is primed to come back even stronger next year as they look to contend in both league and sectional play.
