As we close out this year, it’s time to take one final look back at the year that was in 2018. Here are my top 5 personal Wellesley sports moments from 2018. These are strictly my opinion and do not downgrade at all the other amazing moments that happened in Wellesley sports this past year.

As we inch closer to the year 2019 it’s time to unveil the answer to the last 2018 edition of Raider Friday Trivia. The basketball team that won last year’s Rockland tournament was the boys team who beat host Rockland to capture the crown. Stay tuned next year for more riveting Raider Friday Trivia questions!
It certainly was a busy Friday afternoon/evening as both Raider basketball teams, boys hockey and boys swimming looked to end 2018 on a high note. Both basketball’s were looking to remain undefeated and take home the Rockland tournament title, while boys hockey looked to get back in the win column in the consolation game of the Matignon tournament. Lastly boys swimming headed to Wayland for a tri-meet against Wayland and Waltham Could they all end 2018 on a high note, lets find out!

Now that Christmas is out of the way, and with New Years just days away there was some Raider action to be had today as both basketball teams and boys hockey traveled to day 1 of holiday week tournaments, basketball to Rockland, and boys hockey to Stoneham for the Matignon tournament.
