It was a big night for the Wellesley girls basketball team as they squared with the top seeded, top ranked, and 2 time defending state champion Braintree Wamps in the D1 South Semifinals. However if any team was going to end the Wamps reign it was going to be this Raiders team who held the Wamps to their lowest point total of the season (40) in their regular season matchup. Would the Raiders play David on this night and slay the Wamps, let’s find out!
