It’s the first Friday of the fall season and how fitting that this edition of Raider Friday Trivia is fall sports related! Today’s question is… what team did boys soccer play in their night game at Babson last fall? The answer will be posted tomorrow night!

One contest was the on the docket on this Thursday and it was an exciting one as the boys golf team squared off with archrival Needham over at Nehoiden this afternoon. Could the Raiders swing their way to a victory over their rivals, let’s find out!

Yesterday I posed a 5 pack of Raider trivia questions to test your Raider sports knowledge. Below you will find the answers, so see how you did!

1. UMass Dartmouth was the sight of Wellesley football’s last super bowl title as they defeated Marshfield back in 1999.
2. Boys Lacrosse’s first tournament opponent at Sprague Field was Hopkinton in the first round of the D2 East tournament back in 2009. The Raiders won the game in overtime.
3. Wellesley and Needham met for the D1 South title in boys hockey back in 2008. Needham won the game 3-0 and would go on to win the D1 State title.
