So when I posted today’s daily schedule I didn’t realize there was actually a third game today as despite the district 10 title already being decided, Williamsport South still made up their game from Wednesday vs. Newton Southeast to officially close out district 10 play. Also both Lou Tompkins teams were in action. Before we get to those results however, it’s time to answer yesterday’s Raider Friday Trivia question. The number of teams currently in the Bay State Conference is… 11 following as previously mentioned the departure of Dedham. Now onto the recap!

For the second year in a row a Wellesley Little League team competed for the District 10 title as Wellesley North took on Newton American for the title. North was trying to defend Wellesley’s district title as South won it last year on route to the state title. Could the boys bring home the banner, let’s find out!
