Before I get to today’s recap I did want to just take a moment to recognize the importance of this day in American history. It’s been 16 years now since live as we know it was changed forever, and as always we continue to endure and maintain strength as both human beings and Americans. As always my thoughts and prayers continue to be on this day with the families of those who were directly affected by the events in 2001. It was a nice September Saturday afternoon as the Raider football team kicked off their season (no pun intended) at Hunnewell Field, as they hosted Concord Carlisle. Before we get to the result however, it’s time to reveal yesterday’s trivia answer. Reidy Field hosted Williamsport district games for… 2 years, the summer’s of 2011 and 2012. Unfortunately no one guessed correctly so the gift card remains unclaimed for another week. Now onto the recap!
