On this final day of our 2017 fall sports season recaps we take a look back at the final team to finish their season, the Raider football team who will square off against archrival Needham on Thanksgiving morning. The Raiders currently stand at 5-5 on the season, and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2014 but rebounded nicely in their consolation games winning 2 of 3, with the victories coming over Plymouth North and Franklin. It remains to be seen what the Raiders do on Turkey day as they look to continue their streak of winning seasons under head coach Jesse Davis, but certainly this team will be back next season looking to get back into the postseason and with the youth of this year’s team they should have a solid core returning.
