Since ground was broken on the construction of the Wellesley Sports Center back in December 2017, both players and fans alike have been anxiously awaiting the Center’s opening which according to the Edge Sports Group that is operating the facility, is drawing closer and closer. The facility has hit a few snags with the construction process but is now back on schedule, and on track to open this spring. The facility will feature two ice rinks, a warm lesson pool and a 13 lane/25-yard competition pool, strength and conditioning center, sports pro-shop, and full-service concessions. Both the towns high school and youth programs will get premium access to the facility which is certainly a plus in a time of limited rink, pool, track, and field space. The Sports Center can also be found on several social media platforms including Facebook (Wellesley Sports Center), Twitter (@centerwellesley), and Instagram (@wellesleysportscenter) and also has their website up and running at www.wellesleysportscenter.com. You can also contact them at email@example.com.

Hope everyone is enjoying the MLK holiday and since it is Monday it’s time for another Monday Poll. Last week’s question saw a dead tie between Pats and Chiefs although luckily the good guys came out on top in that one. This week’s question even though it is 2 weeks out is who is going to win Super Bowl 53, Pats or Rams?
