On the second to last day of our spring sports previews we take a look at the boys and girls track teams who are both looking to capitalize on last seasons success as they enter 2019. The boys finished 13th at sectionals and 35th at states last year and this year will be looking to achieve much, much higher and given their recent track record I would not be surprised to see them do just that.
The girls meanwhile had another banner worthy season in 2018 capturing 4th at sectionals and then capturing the state title. Look for the girls to be in prime position to defend their crown this upcoming season. Tomorrow we will finish up the previews with girls golf and boys volleyball.
