This week we roll out our 2019/20 winter sports season previews and we begin today by looking at both the boys and girls basketball teams. The boys finished last season 15-5 overall earning a sectional quarterfinal berth. The boys definitely will have the pieces this year to take another shot at both a conference title and a deep postseason run. The girls meanwhile finished last year 18-4 advancing all the way to the South semifinals. The girls have established a tradition of excellence over the years and I look for that continue into this new season. Tomorrow we will preview hockey!
