There was some rare Sunday baseball during the summer season as both Williamsport teams kicked off district play while the Lou Tompkins B team traveled to Stoneham. Could they make it a perfect 3 for 3, let’s find out!

Williamsport Update Plus Raider Friday Trivia (On A Saturday)

Hello again everyone, I’m back online, following a wedding weekend in Upstate New York I’m back with some schedule changes to Williamsport district play. Last night’s games were rained out and will be made up tomorrow with South playing at 11 am and North playing at 1 pm with both games being played at the Parkway Little League complex in West Roxbury. The changes are now reflected in the weekly schedule. Also since I was not online yesterday here is a Saturday edition of Raider Friday Trivia. The question is… which field in Newton has hosted each of Wellesley South’s last 2 district 10 championships? Answer in tomorrow’s Little League Recap!

As I mentioned in the weekly Little League schedule, Williamsport play gets underway this week as District 10 play begins Friday. As always Wellesley will field two teams (North and South) with South looking to defend it’s district, sectional, and state title from a year ago. Below you will find both team’s full district schedules.  Good luck to both teams in the tournament!
